Over a span of three months, I collaborated as a consultant with the School's co-directors to create a streamlined communications plan, a practical style guide, and a new content strategy.

Based on internal stakeholder feedback and industry research, we drafted an annual communication schedule that outlines primary and secondary channels, as well as key audience groups, while integrating fundraising, alumni relations, applications, archival projects, and peer dialogue.

Taking website, social media, and printed output as a continuum of precise editorial thinking, we laid out a roadmap for expanding online content and how and when to complement it with print publishing.

Throughout, our emphasis was on depth and timeliness as opposed to hyper-visibility and constant online presence.
